1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The access and use of this site as well as its products and services are subject to various conditions.

By using this site, you agree to the site terms of use, which can be occasionally updated. We advise you to visit this page regularly to keep abreast of any changes that may have been made to the Conditions of Use.

The access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable for a given amount of time. Occasionally, we can restrict access to some areas of this website.

 

2. PRIVACY POLICY

We have an important responsibility and commitment with regard to the safety of our website and data protection of our customers and visitors.

Our privacy policy is presented below. Any changes to this policy will be placed here in this statement.

What information do we collect?
We collect your name, phone number, postal address, e-mail and age for use in marketing campaigns, awards and newsletters. Also, when making a purchase on our site, we also collect information about the delivery address and payment details.
We may also collect other information about your experience on our site which contributes to the improvement of our service.

What is the data collected used for?
Your data will enable our employees to process your orders, to notify you of important changes in the site's features, to perform surveys, and for statistical purposes.
We may also periodically send you (by email or post) information about products and services, campaigns, promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can cancel in the following ways:

- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in your personal account.
- The newsletters you receive in your e-mail have a link to unsubscribe.
- The data provided is protected and will never be available to third parties.

While attending to your order, it is possible that your data, such as address and zip code, will be disclosed for the purposes of fraud prevention and detection.

Updating your data.

If you want to verify the data submitted to Cavemen, you may do it by email or through Customer services. Proof of your identity will be required before we reveal the information. This proof may be your email address and password on our website.

You should keep this information safe because it is your responsibility if any action or request is made through your account.

We recommend that you do not store your password in the browser, since another person with access to your computer can see it and use your personal information.

 

3. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Orders with national or international deliveries are shipped by post mail.

All orders outside the European Community are susceptible to customs inspection. This, although not frequent, may result in the imposition of a customs fee, payment of which is the customer's responsibility.

 

4. SHIPPING COST

Free shipping for Portugal and Spain (mainland).

 

5. DELIVERY TIME

If you want to know when your order is sent, consider:

Payment of the order must be made prior to its processing.

Payments by credit card have immediate confirmation.

In Portugal, in case of:

ATM payments made up to 7PM, confirmations are received on the following day. After this time, it is received two days later.

Orders are processed on weekdays of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed before 12:00 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed

after this time they will be shipped on the following business day.

After the order is shipped, the usual delivery time is:

- Mainland Portugal: 1-3 business days

- Madeira: 3-5 business days

- Azores: 3-8 business days

- EU countries: 3-8 business days

- Countries outside the European Community: 5-10 working days

Delivery times may be extended for periods of high flow of shipments, such as holidays and Christmas periods.

Situations of retention of orders at customs for inspection can delay the delivery.

 

6. SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order has been shipped, you will receive the order code with your e-mail so that you can locate it on the carrier site.

If you are having trouble locating your order, please contact the customer support team.

If the carrier can not deliver your order, a new attempt will be made on the next day or the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery.

When an order is returned by the customer's responsibility and the customer intends the re-shipment of the same, or the shipment of a new one, a fee of € 5.00 is required so that we can process the new order.

This fee must be paid by bank transfer and the proof of payment must be sent to our team of customer support or for the EMAIL, along with the returned order number and the name of the first account holder from which was made the bank transfer.

 

7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are only accepted for new products, without any kind of damage or signs of use within a maximum of 60 days.

We do not accept returns for custom orders.

If we receive returns that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and the shipping of that return will be offered along with the next order. If the client declines and wants their articles back, he will need to schedule a collection of the articles at our facilities and bear the corresponding costs.

To exercise your right to return a product, please contact our Customer Support with the order number, the description or reference of the product you want to return. This service is available Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm and can be accessed through the email [email protected] or by phone / whatsapp +351 912 522 770.

Order cancellation:
You can only cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means that has not been packaged and did not come out of our warehouses. Contact the customer support line to cancel the order.
If you cancel a paid order, the reimbursement will be made within 5 days.

Returns of orders /products
The return service is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm and can be accessed through the email [email protected] or by phone / whatsapp +351 912 522 770.
Returns are free if the reason for the return is a responsibility of Cavemen. If the reason of the return is that you changed your mind or made a mistake when ordering, the cost of return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product exchanges:
We only exchange new products, complete, without any damage or signs of use.
To make an exchange, contact customer support with the order number, the description or the product number of the item you want to exchange. The exchange service is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7 pm and can be accessed through the email [email protected] or by phone / whatsapp +351 912 522 770.
If for some reason it is not possible to perform a replacement of the product, the value of it will be refunded to you.

Methods and repayment terms
Cavemen will endeavor to refund the customer quickly, however, for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our facilities.
In the case of canceled orders (orders paid that were not sent), the maximum period for repayment is 5 days.

The refund will be made as follows:
- If you made the payment by credit card, the reimbursement will be credited on the card itself and it can be verified in the next statement.
- In the case of payment by credit card, the reimbursement is credited to your card and will immediately be available.
- When the order's return is the customer's responsibility, the shipping and returning costs are paid in full by the customer.

 

8. PRODUCT INFO

We take precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products featured on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the information of the products was incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Refusal of orders can also be due to other reasons such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Fraudulent orders.
- If there is any problem with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.

We do everything in our power to keep the data of your order and payment secure. But we can not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gets unauthorized access to any data you provided when you order on or access our website.

The Cavemen can change prices without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) to the legal rate.
